Yesterday I saw that this schmuck spoke at the Royal Commission!!!!!

I just don't understand how he has ANYTHING to do with it.

I'm super keen to find out how much he was paid to fly from Canada to join us with his propaganda.

I spent my evening scrolling through my phone trying to find the photo of us taken almost exactly a year ago.

I shared the post for Father's Day.

This is a conversation I had last year in the Gold Coast. Mubin Shaikh was one of the keynote speakers at the CAM (Combat Antisemitism Movement) gala and he stepped outside to have a chat with those of us protesting. There were five of us. And about fifty cops!

I got to have quite a long chat with him about how he gets paid to do Israeli propaganda.

We realised a few minutes into our chat that we have children who are the same age. He's the father of five kids and I'm a mother of four.

This is almost word for word what happened next:

Me: So wait, you're a dad?

Him: Yes.

Me: Wow. And as a dad you're still able to come and speak at this Israeli propaganda orgy?

Him: Ha ha ha! That's funny.

Me: Tell me, do you see the footage out of G♡za?

Him: Yes, I do.

Me: And???

Him: It's tragic. Really terrible.

Me: You see them scraping children's body parts into plastic bags?

Him: Yes. It's awful.

Me: And you're still able to fly across the globe to speak to a crowd of people who think they are the real victims?

Him: Look, there are terrible things happening everywhere. What can I do about it? There's Sudan...Syria...

Me: No, let's stay on the topic of G♡za.

Him: Only Allah can stop what's happening.

Me: Allah????

Him: Yes. We have no power without Allah.

Me: Allah has given you a voice. You can use it to speak up against children being murdered.

Him: What can protesting do? Tell me. What has it solved. Nothing.

Me: So you'd say the same to the people inside the auditorium?

Me: Okay. So let's say you're taking a boat trip on a lake with your five children.

Him: And a missile hits us?

Him: Sure.

Me: You're on the boat and it rolls over.

Him: Okay.

Me: Your five children are drowning around you.

Him: Yikes.

Me: So now you wait on Allah to save them?

Him: Of course not! They're within my reach. I do whatever I can to save them.

Me: What happened to leaving it up to Allah?

Him: It's different. I'm right there. If I can help them, of course I don't let them drown.

Me: The children in Gaza are right here.

Him: There's nothing I can do.

Me: You can refuse to come and speak to Zionists to reinforce that they are the victims.

Him: .......

Me: You have a responsibility and you're turning a blind eye. There's a special judgement from Allah for those who remain silent.

Him: Tawakkul.

Me: Huh?

Him: Tawakkul. The perfect trust in Allah.

Me: That's what you're saying to the children in G♡za who are having their limbs amputated and their siblings scraped off the ground????

Him: I've seen terrible things elsewhere. Children suffer in every country.

Me: You're being paid by the people who deny it's happening.

Me: Can I take a photo with you? I want to let the world know how wishy washy you are.
