I had a woman say to me yesterday that she is praying that Israelis vote for a peaceful leader.
My eyes nearly popped out of my head.
There is NO OPTION for a peaceful Israeli leader to be voted in tomorrow.
Every single one of the candidates is a Jewish supremacist and in favour of an apartheid state.
It’s as simple as that.
I had another friend tell me that at least Israel is a democracy.
Sigh.
I keep thinking that I have been clear enough about this stuff and feel like I’m repeating myself. But obviously it needs to be said again:
Around five million Palestinians that live under Israeli control…are not allowed to vote in the elections.
That is not a democracy.
Meanwhile, Israelis that live around the globe are able to fly back to Israel to vote, even if their home is elsewhere.
Here’s a simplified way of looking at the candidates Israelis have to choose from:
Anti-Zionism Australia’s Instagram post here that you can hopefully access
And this is really helpful as well:
Let’s talk Palestine Netanyahu isn't the real problem
Oh…and I also had someone else tell me that there are soooooo many Israelis that want peace. He was being very earnest. I actually felt bad having to be the one bursting his fantasy.
Wanting peace without justice for the Palestinians is not peace.
Israelis protesting against Netanyahu are not wanting liberation for the oppressed. It’s a self-serving peace that still keeps Jews as the overlords.
If you have other SIMPLE resources about the elections, please share them below.
And may we all live to see an end to the Zionist regime and a free Palestine from the river to the sea.

Yep, it's sad how many people parrot the propaganda about Israel being a democracy, and believe that everything will be suddenly better for the Palestinians if Netanyahu loses the election.
I reckon they've probably got fairies in their gardens too.
